๐ How to Read This Chart (Simple Guide)
What it shows: How many of your customers keep buying from you over time.
How to read it:
- Each row = A group of customers who made their first purchase in the same month
- Each column = Months after their first purchase (Month 0, Month 1, Month 2...)
- The colors:
- ๐ข Dark Green (80-100%) = Excellent! Most customers came back
- ๐ก Yellow (40-60%) = Average - some customers returning
- ๐ด Red (0-20%) = Warning - customers are leaving
๐ก Example: If "Sep 2024" row shows 100% at Month 0, 45% at Month 1, and 30% at Month 2, it means: Of all customers who first bought in September 2024, 45% bought again the next month, and 30% bought again 2 months later.
๐ฏ What to look for:
- Rows staying green = Your customer loyalty is strong
- Quick drop to red = Customers aren't coming back (fix this!)
- Compare rows = Are newer customers more loyal than older ones?
